Supplier Requirements
All suppliers to Frontier Defense Technology must meet the following baseline requirements:
- Active SAM.gov registration with valid CAGE code
- Compliance with applicable FAR/DFARS flow-down clauses
- CMMC Level 2 certification (minimum) for contracts involving CUI
- ITAR/EAR compliance program (if handling controlled items or technical data)
- ISO 9001:2015 or equivalent quality management system
- Adequate cybersecurity controls per NIST SP 800-171
