Our Commitment

Frontier Defense Technology operates under a comprehensive ethics and compliance program that governs every aspect of our business. As a holder of Top Secret Facility Clearance and a trusted partner to the U.S. Department of Defense and intelligence community, we hold ourselves to the highest standards of integrity, transparency, and accountability.

Our program is overseen by the General Counsel and the Board of Directors' Audit and Ethics Committee, with day-to-day management by a dedicated compliance team of 45 professionals.

Code of Business Conduct

Every employee, contractor, and board member is bound by our Code of Business Conduct, which covers:

  • Conflicts of interest and organizational conflicts of interest (OCI)
  • Anti-bribery and anti-corruption (FCPA compliance)
  • Government contract compliance (FAR/DFARS)
  • Truthful cost and pricing data (TINA compliance)
  • Protection of classified and controlled unclassified information (CUI)
  • Export controls (ITAR and EAR compliance)
  • Workplace safety and non-discrimination
  • Responsible use of artificial intelligence in defense systems

Export Compliance

Frontier Defense Technology maintains a rigorous export compliance program covering all products and technical data subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR, 22 CFR 120–130) and the Export Administration Regulations (EAR, 15 CFR 730–774). Our Empowered Official and export compliance team review all transfers, disclosures, and engagements involving foreign persons or entities.

CMMC & Cybersecurity

All operating divisions maintain Cybersecurity Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 3, with implementation of NIST SP 800-171 Rev. 3 controls. Our cybersecurity program includes continuous monitoring, regular third-party assessments, and a 24/7 Security Operations Center (SOC).

Frontier Defense Technology strictly prohibits retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith. All reports are investigated by the Ethics and Compliance Office.
